Encourage – Motivate – Inspire
Hello, I am Lovely Lincke: Cynthia Lincke. Welcome to my blog, Lovely Lincke Inspirations. Which was birthed through my desire to continuously use my words to build others up. The hardest part of this process, funny enough, was coming up with a name for the blog that would be reflective of its purpose. My current personal handle on instagram and twitter is LovelyLincke and I wanted to keep things consistent. If you know anything about branding, then you understand exactly what I mean. After a few hours of debate with close family and close friends on the name, we all agreed upon the present. After-all, the purpose is to Inspire.
I was born on the beautiful island of Jamaica. Hence, I am a proud Jamaican woman.
However, I now live in the United States of America, where I am a citizen. I love both my birth and adopted home. I am a woman, christian, wife, mother, social worker, educator, author, entrepreneur, philanthropist and an aspired entrepreneur philanthropist aka philanthropreneur. All of which have given me the unique task of looking through various lenses, affording me numerous experiences, through these various positions.
I’ve written a few children’s books and slowly working on several other books that will focus on marriage, family, children, relationships and mental health.
I am currently attending Eastern University. Where I am actively pursuing a PhD in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Nonprofit and Public Administration. In 2020 I received a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies (CAGS) after completing two full years of the program. I have approximately a year and a half left to complete, before I receive my degree.
I obtained my Master of Social Work (MSW) Degree from the University of Southern California. One of the highlights of my academic journey.
I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education from Kendall College.
I am the co-founder and Executive Director of the nonprofit, Princesses and Ladies Inc.
Princesses and Ladies Inc.’s mission is to mentor and empower girls and women to succeed in their endeavors while maintaining a healthy balance in their physical, mental and spiritual lives. Its focus is on building and maintaining self-confidence, self-efficacy and self-esteem in girls and women. As a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), I provide therapy for groups, families couples and individuals.
I use my insta to share Therapist Tip which are encouragement from a clinical perspective and Talk Truth Thursdays which are real, direct and unfiltered advice from my Memoji :)… … Yes, that’s right. You’ll have to check it out ! There are encouragements for married, engaged and courting couples and single women. There are also posts about my journey as a PhD student, nonprofit co-founder and of course my life as a mother and wife.. ..and JUST Me topics… I also host a Facebook Live show called The InspireROOM where the intent is to Reflect, Own our stuff, where the guests and viewers are asked to share, watch and listen with an Open-heart and mind, it is a place where hopefully, people will be Motivated to Move.
I also discuss the various topics mentioned on my podcast called, you guessed it, Lovely Lincke Inspirations The Podcast. There is also a Youtube Channel with the same name, on various topics such as marriage and faith.
This blog along with The Podcast, will be used to share some of my life experiences and expertise, many of my feelings and thoughts and an abundance of encouragement, motivation and inspiration for both myself and you. They will also be used to feature special guests to share their encouraging, motivating and inspiring stories.
I truly believe that as we encourage, motivate and inspire ourselves, we should do the same for others. In the process of being a source of encouragement, motivation and inspiration, it should subsequently enable others to become the same.

Fall is one of my favorite seasons. It is a time of significant change that can be visibly seen. However, what is profound is the change that happens that is not seen with the naked eye. The same happens with our lives. There are external changes that is seen, yet, the most important changes, I believe, are those that happen internally. So come nuh, join me as we encourage, motivate and inspire each other.
